What type of Support does VISUCATE Provide?

VISUCATE offers on site software implementation performed by certified Autodesk/Microsoft experts. This includes the configuration of Flex LM server, creation of administrative images, and the deployment of stand alone and/or network licensed seats of AutoCAD Software Packages across network clients. Documentation of installation will be provided to client, as well as training of school staff on installation procedures, and best practices. We also offer free technical support to all high schools who purchase their software from us. Colleges and Universities who purchase certain packages of software qualify for free technical support from Autodesk directly. Individual purchases of software by colleges and Universities will be supported free by VISUCATE.

 

Autodesk Software DVD or Downloads for Subscription Customers?

All customers who purchased perpetual product or product bundles (Autodesk Design Academy, Animation Academy, Entertainment Creation Suite, or any college bundle) on subscription need to make a choice this year. By default all subscription customers will receive an email with a new serial number so they can DOWNLOAD their 2011 software. If you want to receive physical media or DVD discs of software, the contract manager must go onto the Autodesk subscription center website and check the appropriate box to request physical media. http://subscription.autodesk.com/sp/servlet/public/index?siteID=11564774&id=11607975 Please call your sales account manager if you need any help accessing the website to make this change if you want physical media.
