CVIS Education is now VISUCATE!
We are pleased to announce that the education
division of CVIS has become its own company called
VISUCATE.
Who is VISUCATE? Gabe Smith and Ralph Jones formed
VISUCATE. Gabe Smith was the CVIS Vice President of
Sales for over 14 years, and is now the President of
VISUCATE. Ralph Jones founded the CVIS Education
division, and is now the Sales Manager for VISUCATE.
Many of the CVIS education team members you have
come to know and trust have also made the transition
to VISUCATE.
VISUCATE is an Autodesk Authorized Education Value
Added Reseller for all levels of education in CA,
HI, OR, and AK -- the same territory we covered as
CVIS. Some of you may have seen the recent
announcement of the CVIS/Microdesk merger. Only
commercial and government customers are affected.
You will continue to be served by the CVIS education
team, now known as VISUCATE.
There are several important changes to make note of.
First, our email addresses will be changing to
@visucate.com instead of @cvis.com. Please
add visucate.com to your safe-senders list in order
to ensure uninterrupted email delivery.
We also have new phone and fax numbers. Only the
last digit of each number is different.

Custom Training: VISUCATE also offers many

Installation and
Support: VISUCATE
offers on site software implementation performed by
certified Autodesk/Microsoft experts. This includes
the configuration of Flex LM server, creation of
administrative images, and the deployment of stand
alone and/or network licensed seats of AutoCAD
Software Packages across network clients.
Documentation of installation will be provided to
client, as well as training of school staff on
installation procedures, and best practices. We also offer free
technical support to all high schools who purchase
their software from us. Colleges and Universities
who purchase certain packages of software qualify
for free technical support from Autodesk directly.
Individual purchases of software by colleges and
Universities will be supported free by VISUCATE.
